Upcoming meetings
Here are three important dates for your meeting calendar 2013.
The “meeting season” kicks off with the “Mitosis and Nuclear Structure Workshop” run by the Company of Biologists, to which David will be an invited delegate. The workshop runs from the 23rd to 26th of June and will be held at Wiston House, UK.
Our IPNC meeting will be held shortly afterwards, from the 26th to the 28th of June at Oxford Brookes University. Download the program here. For registration and more info click here.
The annual SEB meeting 2013 will be held in Valencia from the 3rd to the 6th of July. David has been invited to give a talk at the “Nuclear and Cytoskeleton Linkers” session.
Past meetings
At the European Microscopy Congress (EMC), held in Manchester between 16th to the 21st of September, Katja gave a talk entitled “Exploring SUN proteins at the plant nuclear envelope” at the Nucleus session, chaired by John.
The SEB annual meeting 2012 was held in Salzburg, Austria. Together with Prof Christophe Tatout, Blaise Pascal University, and Prof Iris Meier, Ohio State University, Katja and David organised a session entitled “New insights into plant nuclear envelope proteins and their interactions”.
